You may not use Payfet for money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, or any unlawful financial activity. We may monitor, block, delay, or report transactions to satisfy legal and regulatory obligations.
The Service is provided “as is” and we disclaim all warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service to the extent permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Payfet and its affiliates from any claims or liabilities related to your use of the Service.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or operational reasons.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any legal action shall be brought in the competent courts in Ilorin, Kwara State, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
If a dispute arises, you agree to first contact us so we can attempt to resolve it informally before initiating formal proceedings, unless urgent legal relief is required.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after such changes implies acceptance.
